New Student Checklist

All new students should complete the following upon notification of admission:

Pay the required enrollment deposit in order to confirm your intention to matriculate at Howard University!
Memorize your Howard University ID number
Set up your Bison email account and check it regularly for important information and updates. All official university communication will be sent to your official university email account.
Complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
Check BisonWeb regularly to view ensure that your contact information is correct and that you are aware of any changes posted to your account.
Complete and submit the Medical Clearance documents
Pay the required housing deposit to apply for on-campus housing
Complete the Welcome to Howard Module (Via your personalized admissions portal)
Register for Bison PREP (Via your personalized student admissions portal)
